- Diagnostic charge*: $95. Service Charge is Credited towards repairs.
- Flat-rate, upfront pricing. You'll always know the price of your repair before any work begins.
- *Diagnostic charge is the cost for us to come to your home and diagnose the problem. This cost does not include repair prices.
AC or Heating Maintenance Service
$169
- Same Day Service Available.
- Clean/Replace existing air filter (as needed). Free Filter Replacement up to 25x30 with one inch filter thickness.
- Perform 20 point inspection.
- 10% off all repairs.
AC & Heating Maintenance Service
$269/Year
- 2 Visits (Semiannual Heating and AC Service).
- Includes everything in AC and Heating Maintenance Service.
- Clean/Replace existing air filter (as needed). Free Filter Replacement up to 25x30 with one inch filter thickness with each visit.
